By accessing or using TokValue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
TokValue provides TikTok account commercial valuation and analytics services. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your credentials, whether your credentials are with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TokValue and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
TokValue operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits that can be redeemed for account evaluations.
All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once they have been consumed (i.e., once an evaluation has been performed using those credits). Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service is not functioning as described. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall TokValue, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason including without limitation: a breach of the Terms, a court order, or a request by law enforcement or government agencies. If your account is terminated, your access to purchased credits and evaluation history may be permanently lost.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TokValue is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right.
